Ross Casserly - Trustee
Ross was inspired by lifelong friend Oliver’s recovery and rehabilitation after his spinal cord injury in 2016, organising a fundraising football match to help Oliver adjust to his new circumstances. Through this experience Ross became passionate about trying to make a difference in the lives of other people who have unfortunately suffered spinal cord injuries, leading him to set up Scinergise with the aim of doing all he could to help young people with spinal cord injuries.
Oliver Carpenter - Trustee
Oliver was living and working in New York City when he had a fall in October 2016 resulting in a spinal cord injury and moving back to London. He had fantastic support from friends and family, which made the difficult adjustment process much easier. Oliver will always be grateful for his childhood and university experience free from the constraints of a wheelchair. The firsthand experiences of a spinal cord injury inspired him to set up Scinergise to help others in a similar situation.
Andrew Lowson - Trustee
Andrew came on board as a Trustee a few months after his close friends Ross and Oliver founded Scinergise. Andrew has witnessed first-hand the journey of rehabilitationthrough Oliver and is proud of the strength and determination he has shown. Andrew wants to help inspire others in a similar fashion by providing support to the individuals, and also their families and care networks. Andrew wants to help empower young people with spinal cord injuries and make a difference.
